Action verb + what you did + measurable result. For example: "Rebuilt the month-end close process, cutting it from 10 days to 4."
Find your numbers
Think about volume (how many), value (how much), speed (how fast) and scale (how many people or markets). Estimates are fine if they are honest.
Before and after
Before: "Responsible for client reporting."
After: "Automated weekly reporting for 40 clients, saving the team 12 hours a week."
